About the event
Host: Dr. Kourosh Malek, Division head: Artificial Materials Intelligence, Forschungszentrum JÜLICH GmbH (FZJ)-IEK-13 (Task 3.1 lead, project StoRIES)
This workshop, organized by T3.1 of the StoRIES project, provides an overview of different approaches in data management, data visualization, and analytics that have recently been developed and adopted to enable the acceleration required in the discovery, design, and integration of energy materials. For energy storage technologies, green H2 production, in particular, complex workflow leads from the innovative design of an advanced functional energy material or component to the integration and demonstration at the level of the fully operational energy device.
An effective process along this design-to-demonstration path demands data standardization in view of typology and ontology. In this workshop, the in-house materials intelligence platform is demonstrated with the specific use cases related to electrocatalysis and PEMWE/PEMFC component fabrication. The platform and solutions therein are discussed in view of its capability for the development of autonomous data workflows, integration to XR/VR environment for interactive data visualization with digital twins, and cloud-deployment of ML/DL data models for real-time orchestration of cloud labs of the future.
